With the trailer released for Star Wars: Squadrons, many are excited to get back to fighting amounts the stars, however, I think it’s safe to say that many of us are immediately wary of microtransactions, especially considering Electronic Art’s past surrounding Star Wars games.
Well, it looks like EA may have (to an extent) learnt their lesson, announcing that there will be no microtransactions within the game and that it will also include a single player campaign.

Reported on here by Eddie Makuch for Gamespot, the game, which will release for less than a usual AAA title, looks like a really great move by EA, potentially showing that some of the feedback from consumers has actually been received and acted upon.
Whilst the trailer for the title is now available to be watched, we’re due to see the first shots of gameplay during the EA Play show on the 18th of June, so stay tuned and prepare for combat!
