Are you ready to jump into a fighter and take to the skies?

Then you’re in luck, with Electronic Arts announcing the surprise reveal of Star Wars Squadrons via a tweet on their official page.

Seen above, the title looks to be one centred around space combat, with Tie Fighters, the Millennium Falcon and even a Star Destroyer pictured alongside the iconic pilot helmets.

Announcing via the tweet that a trailer reveal is scheduled for Monday the 15th, it looks like we’re going to need to warm up those engines and get back to the battle!

Could this be the spiritual sequel to Tie Fighter that many have been waiting for?

We’ll have to wait and see!
