It looks like Darkest Dungeon might be getting a whole lot darker, with a new PVP arena DLC known as The Butcher’s Circus allowing players to battle one another and fight against others.

Announced via the tweet above on the Darkest Dungeon Twitter page here, it looks like The Butcher’s Circus will be available from May, allowing players to create their own custom loadouts and parties before fighting against one another.

Allowing gamers to delve into the darkness against a mixture of monsters whilst also struggling to maintain their sanity, Darkest Dungeon has always been an interesting gothic roguelike, but now it looks like we’re going be to able to fight against the real villains…humanity itself!
