I think it’s safe to say that most of us are pretty excited about the upcoming Remake of Final Fantasy VII, especially after the spectacular demo released earlier this month.
However, it looks like the game might come slightly later than planned, with the Twitter page for the title suggesting that there might be distribution issues due to the current coronavirus situation.
Speaking on the issue in the tweet above, Square Enix have reassured fans that the title will release on time, however, there may be distribution issues that lead to the game arriving with customers on the date itself.
It’s a shame to see the game delayed due to this, however, it’s great to see the company putting their workers first, still sticking to the release date and also letting fans know about the inconvenience.
Keeping customers in the know and putting staff first is the most important priority in the crisis, so great job Square Enix!
We’ll have more information this Friday about the game, so stay tuned!
