It looks like we’re about to learn a lot more about the PlayStation 5, with a deep dive into the console’s architecture scheduled tomorrow.

Announced via a tweet here on the official PlayStation Twitter page, the post suggests that the console will “shape the future of games”.

Available to watch via the PlayStation blog, the analysis will start at 9am Pacific Time, meaning around 4pm in the UK.

It’s going to be interesting to see the lead architect on the new console, Mark Cerny, talk about just why we should all be excited for the latest generation.

Already making stories with their apparent focus on single-player titles (something which will come as a breath of fresh air to many).

Sony has already made many gamers curious about just how the console will shape the gaming industry, but we’ll have to wait and see whether the product will truly be as revolutionary as we’ve been promised.
