It looks like CD Projekt Red has brought in some outside help to assist with Cyberpunk 2077, with port veterans QLOC joining the company in creating and porting the sci-fi title to consoles.

Announcing that they’d be working together via the QLOC Twitter page here, it looks like both companies are working hard on the game.

It also means that the rumours that CD Projekt Red was struggling with console ports may be true, with leaks earlier this week suggesting the developer was having trouble with the Xbox port of the title.

Having specialised in ports in the past, it does lead credence to the rumour, but at the same time, with some many impressive ports under their belt already, it looks like the title is in good hands.
