It’s safe to say that developers and professionals in both the games and technology sector are usually pretty badly treated.

With horror stories like those seen at Telltale Games now common knowledge to pundits and the public, it looks like the industry is finally mobilising to combat the issue, with the new Campaign to Organise Digital Employees, or CODE, looking to create a union that encompasses those in need of help and representation.
Launching today as a combined effort between the CWA and Game Workers Unite, the campaign aims to help workers to find the protection and assistance they need when it comes to dodgy business practices and unfair working conditions.
It looks to be a positive move, so fingers crossed it helps those that need it most!
