Yakuza: Like a Dragon will be huge and introduce turn-based systems

It looks like Yakuza: Like a Dragon, the latest title from Sega, will be doing things a bit differently from the previous titles in the series, apparently introducing a turn-based style of combat similar to the Persona series.

Reported on here in a great article by Sam Byford, it looks like the new character, Ichiban Kasuga will also be bringing a new combat system with him that looks pretty surreal, with turn based attacks including kicking people into moving cars and even firing champagne bottle corks at opponents.

We’ve also been told about the size of the map by PR times, which (when translated) seems to suggest that the world will be around 3 times the size of Kamurocho in the previous Yakuza titles!

It’s pretty exciting stuff, but how do you feel about the changes to the combat system?
