It’s safe to say that if you’re a gamer, you already know the positive effects that gaming can have on your mental health, from increased confidence to a release from the stresses and worries of everyday life, but it’s always pleasant to see a publication not usually associated with the pastime agreeing, rather than demonising the industry.

It’s a great take and really highlights the vital nature of gaming for many people, not just as a media format, but also as a way to interact socially with friends and family.
