With the wait for Shenmue III having made most fans wonder whether that the latest title can live up to the hype, it looks like publisher Deep Silver is anxious about critical reviews, with an embargo meaning that reviews created using press copies of the title cannot be published until the 21st.

The latest offering in the series, Shenmue III, has been long awaited by fans, with the previous title having released way back in 2001 for the Dreamcast and Xbox.
Having already caused controversy due to a mismanaged Kickstarter campaign that saw backers forced to accept Epic Store copies of the game, despite Steam copies being initially promised, many are sceptical about the future of the series.
