It looks like we might get a bit more information about a new Age of Empires title tomorrow, with Aaron Greenberg, the Games Marketing Manager at Microsoft, teasing an announcement via Twitter:

Initially speaking on Age of Empires 4 to a Gamestar here, Greenberg said that we could expect an announcement at the annual XO showcase (which celebrates all things Xbox and Microsoft) that starts tomorrow.

Despite a definitive edition of Age of Empires II releasing tomorrow, we haven’t seen a proper new release in the series since III, released way back in 2005.
