Addressing the audience before the opening ceremony of Blizzcon, Blizzard Boss J Allen Brack addressed the audience and spoke on the recent controversy surrounding the company saying that he felt they “moved too quickly in our decision making”.

Brack also apologised before suggesting the main issue was that they were “too slow to talk with” their community and that they would “do better” in future, yet didn’t actually mention the player in question.
The apology rang hollow, however due to the apology instead seeming to consist of buzzwords rather than any specific action, followed by an immediate back-patting session about how well the company has done in regard to their turnout this year.
What do you think of the apology?
Do you think Blizzard has done enough?
