It looks like fans can start to get hyped about a new entry in the Kingdom Hearts series, with Square Enix hiring new staff for their team in Osaka.

Initially reported here by KHWaterBlock for KH13 after a tweet from Kingdom Hearts Union, it looks like the Japanese-based studio is looking to hire for a variety of different roles, including an Effect Designer, with the description of the role saying that it would consist of creating “HD effects for the Kingdom Hearts series”.

With Kingom Hearts 3 having not long released and the roles still currently unfilled, we could have to wait a while before the next title, but it’s still exciting to see the project getting underway!
