It looks like Vampire the Masquerade: Bloodlines 2 is the latest title to announce a delayed release day, with the title now releasing in Q2 of 2020.

Bloodlines 2, the sequel to the cult hit in 2004 by Troika Games has been eagerly awaited by fans for over a decade, but the new release developed by Hardsuit Labs and Paradox Interactive announced today via it’s official Twitter that it would be released later than planned in order to release a “quality” product for gamers.
Despite the delay, the news was accepted and praised by fans, who praised the decision over crunch culture or an unfinished product.

With AAA titles often exploiting developers via intense crunch periods, it’s refreshing to see so many studios choosing to delay releases rather than overwork employees.
Take your time HardSuit, we’re all patient and we can’t wait to see what you’re up to!
