It looks like Switch owners will have to wait if they want to play the latest CD Projekt Red title.
Speaking to Gamespot, CD Projekt Red’s John Mamais, the head of the Krakow branch of the company, suggested that the title was “probably not” something that could be taken across to the Nintendo Switch.
However he then mentioned that it was possible to create a version of The Witcher 3 despite thoughts to the contrary.

Talking on a wide range of subjects throughout the interview, Mamais also spoke about the importance of the new game to the studio, which has a lot of “internal financial expectations” in line for the title.
Cyberpunk 2077 releases in April 2020 and will see players thrown into the futuristic world of role-playing game and board game designer Mike Pondsmith as they choose the best ways to shape the world according to their own views, opinions and beliefs.

With the title gaining massive traction since its announcement and even attracting movie star Keanu Reeves, the game looks set to impress consumers next year.
With the title looming in the future and a wide range of different character types to choose from, I can’t wait to play it.
