According to information from an interview with The Hollywood Reporter, it looks like we’ve got a wide range of animated shows coming from Ubisoft in the near future.

Speaking to Patrick Shanley, the publisher said that they were keen to create a wide range of different animated shows to appeal to both younger and older viewers.

Having recently aired their fourth series based around the popular “Rabbids Invasion” titles, Ubisoft has now expressed an interest in creating a new range of shows, including a series based on Far Cry: Blood Dragon and Watchdogs, as well as one based around the culture surrounding video games as a whole.

Ubisoft Film and Television Managing Director Helene Juguet said that the plan was to create a variety of series that enable the company to do something “fresh and bold” with the characters and settings in their games.
