With the launch of Luigi’s Haunted Mansion 3 just around the corner, Nintendo has declared October the Month of Luigi, in order to celebrate the iconic character.

This may seem somewhat similar to something that Nintendo has attempted before, the Year of Luigi in 2013, but on somewhat of a smaller scale.
With the initiative in 2013 causing a loss of $456 million, perhaps this might be the better way to represent the character on a somewhat smaller scale.
First joining Mario in 1983, the timid secondary character stole the hearts of gamers and fans, who quickly warmed to the charms of the sweet and somewhat bumbling brother.

With Haunted Mansion 3 ready to spook us on the 31st of October, we think it’s the perfect time to celebrate the panicky protagonist!
