It’s safe to say that Battlefield V was not the most successful title ever released by Electronic Arts, with sales down due to backlash around the unrealistic trailer and harsh comments by ex-Chief Creative Officer, Patrick Soderlund that labelled gamers as “uneducated”.

Developed by EA DICE, Battlefield V throws players into the fray with a wide range of vehicles and weapons, including tanks and aircraft.
Now, with a new content drop on the way, the title is encouraging players to try out the title via a series of free weekends allowing gamers to try before they buy.
The planned long weekends (the first of which starts tomorrow on the 10th) will see players able to undertake a variety of modes on offer and earn rewards that will remain theirs if they choose to purchase the title.
Are you going to grab your gun and head over to Battlefield 5 this weekend?
