Fans of PlayStation have lamented over the lack of cross-play features on the console for some time, but now it looks like Sony is finally ready to get on board with other platforms not only allowing cross-play via PUBG and Fortnite, but also fully releasing the feature for other Developers to utilise.

Exiting its beta stages today, the cross-play feature will see PlayStation working more closely with other platforms in future, which just means that gamers will be able to play together and against one another regardless of their chosen system!
It’s an exciting prospect, so why not check out the article by IGN (along with the list of titles available currently) here.
